In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of top88 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration. top88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend and permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21. Any balance associated with a minor's account will be forfeited in full.
2. Jurisdiction. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing an international online betting platform is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online betting in your location. top88 does not provide legal advice.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts.
4. Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active top88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Platform Employee. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of top88 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a Member account or place wagers on the Platform.
6. Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to a voluntary or Platform-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

To access real-money wagering services on top88, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information. All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity number (NIK), email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
2. One Account Per Person. Registration of more than one account per individual is prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, bank account numbers, or identity documents will be merged or closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. top88 is required to implement Know Your Customer procedures in order to verify the identity of all Members prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a Member's active use of the Platform at top88's discretion.

1. Required Documents. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport); (b) a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address dated within the last three (3) months; and (c) where required, a photograph of the Member holding the identity document alongside a handwritten date.
2. Bank Account Matching. The name on your top88 account must exactly match the name registered on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Transfers to or from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.
3. Processing Time. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during WIB business hours. top88 may request additional documentation at any stage of the process.
4. Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. top88 accepts no liability for delays arising from incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Member.
5. Refusal of Unverified Accounts. top88 reserves the right to close and refund (deposits only, no winnings) any account that fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request.

All financial transactions on top88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Member's account balance and will be returned subject to applicable processing timelines.
2. Deposit Confirmation. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (interbank transfer / SKN / RTGS) are typically credited in real time or within 10 minutes. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited instantly. top88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
3. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
4. Withdrawal Processing. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during WIB business hours (Monday through Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day. top88 targets same-day processing for all KYC-verified accounts in good standing.
5. Withdrawal to Matching Account Only. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the top88 account. top88 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6. No Fees. top88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which top88 accepts no responsibility.
7. Unplayed Deposits. Funds deposited and not wagered within 90 days may be subject to an inactivity review. top88 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of up to Rp 10.000 to dormant balances after 90 consecutive days of account inactivity, following prior written notice to the Member's registered email address.
8. Source of Funds. top88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

top88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
2. Eligible Games. Wagering requirements must be met through eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers on certain game types (e.g., baccarat, roulette, or specific low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward wagering requirements. 5. Bonus Abuse. top88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or collusion with other Members.
6. Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. top88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already awarded and in active use, provided no abuse has been detected.
7. No Entitlement. Membership of top88 does not entitle any Member to any bonus or promotional offer. All promotions are offered at top88's sole discretion.

All wagers placed on top88 — whether on sports events, live casino tables, slot games, or other products — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published within the Platform.

1. Finality of Accepted Bets. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform (evidenced by a bet reference number), it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where the Platform's specific rules expressly permit cancellation (e.g., in the event of a postponed match prior to kick-off).
2. Odds and Prices. All odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to clerical errors resulting in odds significantly inconsistent with prevailing market rates — top88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's account.
3. Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. top88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Member account at any time without prior notice.
4. Void Bets. top88 may void a bet in circumstances including: event cancellation; match abandonment; proven palpable error in odds; evidence of match-fixing or corruption; or a technical error that resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.
5. Slot and Casino Games. All slot and live casino games are provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. The following activities are strictly prohibited on top88. Violation of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

This license does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, or republication of Platform content; reverse engineering of any software component; scraping or automated extraction of odds or game data; or use of the top88 brand or logo without prior written consent from top88.

top88's collection, processing, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or public health emergencies), or internet infrastructure failures beyond top88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Member in reliance on any information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.

In all cases where top88's liability cannot be excluded by law, top88's total aggregate liability to a Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. Termination by Member. A Member may close their account at any time by contacting top88 support at the email address listed in Clause 16. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to active bonus wagering requirements or an ongoing investigation.
2. Suspension by top88. top88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account — with immediate effect and without prior notice — where there is a reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Members.
3. Termination by top88. top88 reserves the right to permanently close any account and forfeit the associated balance where a material breach of these Terms has been established following investigation. top88 will provide written notice of termination to the Member's registered email address.
4. Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason, the Member's license to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8, 10, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which top88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunal of that jurisdiction.

Where a Member is a resident of Indonesia, both parties agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, through binding international arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent top88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

top88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the Member's registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or to address an urgent security matter.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date in accordance with Clause 13.
